Seeking to conceive can be a heart wrenching and lonely time. Many of us experience discomfort when we bleed, particularly when seeking to conceive. Experiencing the hidden trauma from bleeding, miscarriage, stillborn and termination can feel like a never ending darkness.
This workshop is designed for women to come together in a circle of sisters, to connect and honour the Womb. Every woman's voice will be heard whether seeking to conceive, or interested in menstrual wellbeing.
This workshop will be an opportunity for your body and mind to take a deep rest, connecting to your own source of wisdom and creative power. There is extensive research on the power of regular yoga and deep relaxation to regulate the body and calm the nervous system. We will be painting seeds of love and positivity throughout our practice, with a deep letting go of old wounds.
Your tutor Wendy has a long history of using yoga to help with stress, depression and during her own journey to conceive.
