Wellness & Yoga Retreat Day

Take some time out to nourish your body and mind with a day of yoga and relaxation to enhance your wellbeing. The retreat will be lead by Wendy alongside a guest teacher. Enjoy a delicious vegetarian or vegan lunch, and get some fresh air with a country walk and outside meditation near the studio. Finishing the day off with a deeply relaxing Gong Bath.

Schedule 
10am Arrive, talk about Yoga, Wellness and Nature 
10.30am Pranayama (breathing) and Guided Welcome Meditation 
11am Gentle Yoga (Wendy)
12pm QiGong (Julia)
12.45pm Vegetarian and Vegan lunch
1.30pm Ground and Balance Yoga (Wendy)
3pm Country Walk and Meditation in Nature
3.30pm Gong Bath (Ben)
5pm Finish
