Kit will be inspiring and motivating people who are new to Pilates, or returning to Pilates after a break and need a bit of refreshing on the basics. During this 8 week course Kit will introduce the basic principles of Pilates, and each week will motivate you to use your body to improve core stability, strength, stamina and flexibility. Pilates involves centering and using the core muscles, alignment and precision - making smaller precise movements with effort and control.
This is an 8 week course starting on Tuesday 23rd April 9.30 - 10.30am until 11th June.
