8 Week Beginner Yoga Course (Wednesday or Saturday)


Get your New Year off to a great start with our 8 week yoga course for beginners. Absolutely no experience is required, you do not need to be bendy, or balanced or coordinated. These are some of the wonderful benefits you will enjoy with regular yoga practice but are not required to join this class. Your teacher will guide you through an introduction to what yoga is, including physical Asana practice (the postures) Pranayama (breathing techniques) and Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). There are many benefits of yoga which have now been proven scientifically and these range from improved posture, relief from aches and pains, a sense of calm, stress relief, improved immune function, better sleep, a more flexible, strong and balanced body and loads more! Why not come and try, its never to late to start.

This course runs on either a Wednesday day time at 11-12.15pm starting on 2nd January with Wendy and Saturday day time at 11-12.15pm starting on 5th January with Lesley.
