Sharing the amazing and transformative effects of yoga is why I have opened this studio. Yoga is great for physical health, but also for mental health. I can wholeheartedly say from my own experiences, that yoga has got me through some of the toughest times, and I have seen many others benefit.

I fell in love with yoga in my very first class with Paula Mayura back in 2001. From that point onwards, my journey has included lots of self practice and valuable teacher trainings beginning in 2011 with CYQ Level 3 Yoga Professionals (200 hours), followed by my Diploma with Mayura Yoga (300 hours) completed in 2014. My knowledge continues to grow with each course, workshop and CPD that I attend which amounts to more than 500 hours worth of training.

As a creative spirit, I understand the importance of having places where we can express ourselves freely. It is my hope that I have created one of those outlets here. 'Yoga to the beat of your own drum' is my motto that I use to explain what it really means to be yourself, and find the freedom to live your life your own way. Yoga is not just about what you do when you're on the mat, it’s about living your best life and doing it in your own way!

My main aim is to make you feel good and ultimately to get the wow feeling from each class, offering rounded and grounded practice suitable for where-ever you are at in life. I teach classes for prenatal, postnatal, family, beginner and I work with individuals and small groups.
