I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and began my personal yoga journey many years before that. I am continually inspired by this practise and it's capacity to offer personal transformation and growth. I am very grateful to have worked with many students over the years in open classes and in private 1-2-1 sessions and it is really my students that inspire me to continue growing and learning as a teacher. In 2017 I enrolled in a 500hour Yoga Therapy training with The Minded Institute in London, an international leader in the field of Yoga Therapy.  The therapeutic approach blends both yogic and buddhist traditions with medical knowledge, neuroscience and psychology, to support those working with various physical and mental health conditions.

I teach mindful vinyasa-flow, where students move through a dynamic set of sequences, but do so with an awareness and connection to their body/mind and breath. Explorative alignment is a key feature of my classes, developing an understanding of healthy alignment in a way that gives each student the room to honour the uniqueness of their body rather than a 'one size, fits all' approach. Expect heartfelt teachings rooted in yogic philosophy, asana, pranayama, meditation and Yoga Nidra !
