Our 12 Week Beginners Yoga Course is a beginners yoga course offering newcomers a foundation and introduction to yoga postures, breathing and relaxation. This course runs on a Tuesday and a Saturday. Bookings are made for either the Tuesday or Saturday, if you're away or unwell and can't make a class we will do our best to accommodate you on the other course if we can.
